Extended Warranty (EW) for SCV range of vehicles is a new initiative under Customer Care - CVBU. It is a Value Added Service offered to customers for providing an enhanced period of assurance even after the expiry of warranty. Extended Warranty initiative is to support customer retention and life cycle ownership cost.
